Introduction
Good, always better. We want to feel better. Living in better conditions. To be more successful. We want to be happier, be loved more. In order to achieve these, we want our emotions and behaviors to strengthen and change. We would like to transform. Wherever you are in the world, especially if you are in crowded cities, there is a constant search for ways to transform efforts, as well as serious time and cash consumption.
If the subject of transformation is a mood-disorder, after the diagnosis that the individual has one or more from the two hundred and fifty psychological disorders; by applying one of more than four hundred psychotherapy models, it is aimed to ensure that the 'individual wants to change the behavior model'. The area of intervention is especially on influencing emotion and behavior patterns.
If the subject is 'the need to gain the ability and motivation to show better', commonly known as personal development; this time, it is aimed to transform the person through the essence (suggestion, model sampling, motivation, hoeing and / or autohypnotic tools) of one or more of the tens of methods. It is aimed to create an element of conditioning or desire in the person, to increase the inner motivation and thus to change the behavior patterns of the person. The area of intervention is mostly about creating desires, conditioning and balancing the bodily energy flow.
It is natural that the spectrum is so wide in terms of both diagnostic and solution tools, because as each of us has different fingerprints, the mind of each of us is of a different pattern "built with our own lives". Since it is not possible to offer a solution to the mind pattern in infinite variations with a single pattern, the methods of offering solutions adopt a certain starting point by focusing on the "region" that it is believet that solution will come true. Today, the common starting point adopted by the methods defined by professional support or personal development or energy transformation essence is to place the conviction and / or desire that "new behavior" model on the surface can be realized, "to the individual's consciousness or subconscious".
This book is based on a starting point which is completely different from the methods known to date and the individual 'personalized holistic mind pattern' is dealt with. The statement of 'without applying any influencing tools such as advice, suggestion or conditioning or similar to emotions behaviors or habits on the surface or on the basis; mind pattern can be changed in a systematic way by touching the holistic mind pattern and that by this way, the feelings, behaviors and habits on the surface can change spontaneously' is made by ReBrain Theory. The method of 'mind pattern transformation', which is developed by centering both the emotional formation and the mechanism of the emotion-behavior solving of mind, is explained by ReBrain Method.
The central objective of the book is to introduce the ReBrain Method to people from every segment of the reader and to enable them to use the method in the most efficient way. It may be useful to answer the simplest reader's question of “What will this method give me”, with an analogy in the simplest way. Imagine you are at a famous speaker's seminar. You listen to his motivating, inspiring advice, and believe that if you apply whatever he says to your life, you will get those results you want. Or after a professional support effort session, you leave knowing the reasons for your current situation, the steps you need to take to change it, and the perspective you need to have. Regardless of the subject you know the rightness of these recommendations, know what is good for yourself, know what you need to change, but at some point you always hang out: “I want, I know I need to do, but I can not. I can not keep up.” The reason you can't do this is because mind patterns of the speaker who accomplished this and you are very different from each other. As long as your mind pattern remains the same, your results naturally remain the same. ReBrain Method replaces your existing mind pattern with a positive version to suit the results you want. The Need For Completing the Whole
While researching and experiencing transformational methods/studies over the years, I had the opinion that we needed more understanding of the functioning of the mind for situations that could not be solved in the upper layers, and in fact we needed tools that can make transactions there. As the information that scientists discover, develop and transmit to us increases; we can discover more materials which can be beneficial, explore deeper layers which can be descended and therefore we are able to discover new areas of effective solution. At the last point, science says that what makes us ‘us’ is not our genes but our mind map. And science says one more striking thing: our mind map can be transformed! This is quite understandable because our minds have no innate standard logic except for our primitive self impulses. At any moment in life, any emotion reflex electrical signal is sent to it is processed point by point. Within this pattern, it references each of the electrical signals converted to emotion signs and updates our emotion and behavior patterns regularly. Thus, an Emotion-Mind map which is processed by an algorithm only unique to us and which has countless links inside is formed.
The mind is not interested in the positive or not part of our map that has been created so far when processing. It only fulfills the task of processing and evaluation based on what it processed. The mind doesn't take initiative, it just does its job. Each electrical pulse reflected on the map is a reference to our minds on how we will interpret life. As the similar ones of our references come together, our logical tests that form our holistic algorithm are formed, then our emotion and behavior patterns are formed, then habits occur, then the reflections of our habits on life are formed and ultimately we become we. That's what makes us who we are now.

When we examine the existing methods which are used for the purpose of transformation in the expression patterns of the individual, we see that a transformation is aimed in the alignment of 7<6<5 or 5>6>7 by convincing the consciousness or subconscious, thus expected that one or both of the steps 5 and 6 would change positively. I can hear someone saying “It is not called subconscious!”. Subconscious is only used here to express “it is where not consciousness”, so that anyone, who is not a scientist or a specialist, can also understand. In very few methods that consider step 1 on the other hand, a specific current / past event is taken into the center and it is aimed to eliminate energy blockage; and a transformation in the 2>5>6>7 ranking is expected by encouraging a willingness for the transformation of emotion in step 2 by stimuli / metaphors. Considering that not only one single, but lots of 1st steps are shaped with 2nd steps, and that a lots of 2nd steps are shaped with 3rd steps, and that then interact with other connections in the 4th step network; here first and foremost, for a chart which is permanent and effective in general; the 3rd and 4th steps are left not scanned and are left incomplete.
While all of these steps are connected in series with each other like an electrical circuit and one feeds the other, the need arises for a method compatible with the process flow of the mind. When this flow is taken into consideration, it is seen that with a measurable and sustainable method of analysis which has a methodology compatible with the process flow of the mind, the effective transformation implemented in the first step will obviously allow all other steps to change. (1>2>3>4>5>6>7 and spontaneously). Through this flow, we can target holistic, safe and lasting well-being.
This book is an original study that offers both the understanding of the human mind, the theory of emotional formation and analysis in the mind, and the method of analysis that has measurable and sustainable tools for transformation.
The Need For Explanation With Science
As minds that can think, we first need to understand the truth as a whole. We need to understand the truth ‘as it is’. In order to understand the truth as a whole as it is, we need to explain it with science and to understand it with science. Otherwise, we get distracted. We find ourselves trying every possibility, taking the risk of not being one of the candidates who can successfully implement the proposed method.
Since recently, with various concerns, in the names of a large number of methods, although not relevant, are mentioned , with the words "science" and "quantum", without filling in the definition; in this book, if the topics 'What is really quantum and quantum theory/physics/mechanics or What is not' are not in your interest yet, it is aimed to make you being informed at the entry level.
On the other hand, while the aim of triggering readers' interest in science and desire to research even if they are not scientists is valid for all readers; One of the main purposes of presenting the chapters in this book is to arouse sympathy in physics and science, especially for young people.
Another objective of the presentation content of the book is to give the reader and the practitioner the right to understand and decide with science. Whatever we do, we have the right of doing by knowing what we are doing. Everything in the universe is subject to the laws of physics. Naturally, the formation and recording of our emotions and behaviors and their reflections on today and the future take place in accordance with the laws of physics. In this book, it is aimed to discover the depths of your mind and the tools of transformation, defined by physics, the most powerful means of explanation of the universe, in a simple language.
